Hi, I’m an American writer and member of American Mensa, currently living in Costa Rica. I have a friend in Samar who has a two-year old daughter who can read a little and loves books. But the mother cannot afford to buy books and they don’t have a library. Do you know of any resources where she can get free used picture books or early readers in English? Thanks for your help.
